By filtering through ZIP code, area radius, gender, budget, and
more, you can find exactly what you're looking for and chat with
potential roommates once you've found a good match.
Create a Listing
Rezidenc™ not only allows you to search for current listings, but also
lets you create your own! Simply enter some basic information regarding the
location and budget and you're ready to go.
Other users can search for and find your listing in the finder tab
when their filters match the information you've entered in your listing. From
there, you can chat and negotiate any further details.
Chat with Others
Our built-in chat allows you to communicate with potential and current
roommates without needing to share private personal information like phone numbers
or emails.
View recent messages and the online status of users you've contacted
through the main chat tab. Send images and videos to users through your
device's gallery.
Set Preferences
A key component of Rezidenc™ is setting your personal preferences.
One of the most common ways roommates find each other is through mutual
interests or needs.
We make it easy by allowing you to specify your own
preferences, personal lifestyle, and needs on your profile. View or change
your preferences at any time through your account page.
